Re-Balance offers trauma-informed approach to recovery, supporting those navigating aftereffects of trauma and war, chronic pains and general emotional overwhelm. Here, healing isn’t just about relief - it’s about renewal and feeling strong again. Safe again. Whole again.
The main goal of this method is a deep and fast physiological stabilization of the nervous system. Which is a a key to a mental recovery. ReBalance sessions have a neuromuscular approach - it helps to reduce not only the chronic symptoms of stress, but also works with physical pains and tension.
The method is originally created to work with post-war rehabilitation and PTSD affected civilians and soldiers. Physically it provides chronic and phantom pain relief, and the emotional healing of anxiety, depression, fear, and trauma. On a deep level, the Re-Balance method supports the rewiring of life patterns, restoration of nervous system balance, and the reclamation of boundaries, wellbeing, and inner strength.
Through compassionate presence and practical tools, Re-Balance is more than a recovery practice - it’s a path to wholeness and deep connection to oneself and others. Sessions are designed to help individuals rebuild strength and restore balance on every level: physical, mental, and emotional.
