Re-Balance offers on-site or virtual group sessions designed to support employee wellbeing, reduce stress, and enhance focus and resilience. These body-centered practices create a calm, supportive space for nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and physical renewal—ideal for today’s high-demand work environments.
Two core session formats are available:
Neuromuscular Relaxation
A deeply restorative, non-verbal practice that guides participants into a state of rest and nervous system repair. Especially beneficial for stress, burnout, emotional fatigue, and chronic tension. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to unwind.
Neuromuscular Yoga & Breathwork
This energizing and stabilizing class blends traditional Hatha yoga with modern neuroscience and biomechanics. Through breath-led movement and core activation, participants learn to ground their energy, improve posture, and reset the nervous system gently and effectively.

Session Details
Duration: 90 minutes
Structure: Breathwork + abdominal self-massage → yoga flow → guided deep relaxation
Setting: Bolsters, pillows, calming music, essential oils, and optional hands-on support create a cocoon-like environment for deep comfort
Accessibility: No prior experience required—suitable for all ages and physical conditions
