Group classes at Re-Balance provide a safe, supportive space to cultivate inner calm, nervous system regulation, and physical resilience. Two core formats are available, each designed to meet you where you are—whether you're seeking energy, stability, or deep rest.

Neuromuscular Relaxation

A deeply calming, non-verbal practice designed to bring your nervous system into immediate rest and repair. Perfect for those experiencing stress, emotional exhaustion, or chronic pain—regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.

Neuromuscular Yoga & Breathwork

An energizing, restorative class that blends traditional Hatha yoga with modern insights from biomechanicsand neuroscience. You’ll activate your core and diaphragmatic muscles to stabilize the body and re-center the nervous system.

Movements are precise, breath-led, and intentionally gentle—meant to expand your comfort zone, not push against it.
