Neuromuscular Relaxation

Easy and immediate stabilization of your nervous system and ‘first aid’ support during stressful and traumatic experiences

Basic stabilisation

Neuromuscular Relaxation (NR) is a non-verbal, stabilizing method designed for individuals with complex stress disorders and PTSD, particularly those affected by the traumatic experiences of war and war crimes. This therapy helps regulate the nervous system and serves as a supportive "bridge" for vulnerable individuals who are not yet ready for cognitive trauma processing.

NR aids in managing anxiety, anger outbursts, flashbacks, irritability, and sleep disturbances, while also addressing apathy and depression. NR is also highly effective in alleviating chronic, unexplained, and phantom pain.

More than 300 people have improved their well-being through NR sessions targeted to war-trauma treatments over the last 3 years

The Power of calm through care

The method gently enhances neuroplasticity, supporting the brain’s ability to adapt and regulate stress responses. By guiding the nervous system from a state of heightened alertness to deep calm, it creates a stable foundation for processing and integrating overwhelming experiences in a grounded and effective way.
